I was at The Charles Hotel yesterday having lunch at Henrietta's Table with a wonderful friend (who happens to be the best surgeon in the world)..Before we had lunch, I thought I spotted former NY Governor Elliot Spitzer near the elevator in the hallway ..I wasn't sure yesterday, but today, however, I am!... Just scooped this up!
